This is the 6 month Chuckwalla Winter Escape Garage Ocho membership sign-up form, agreement, and liability waiver.

Transportation drop-off is at Hudson Valley Motorcycles by Saturday, September 18th (unless other arrangements have been made) and return from Chuckwalla is tentatively by Saturday, April 14th.
Membership pricing is $1200/mo with a 6 month commitment.
The first invoice will be sent October 1st, 2024 and consecutively sent the first of each month following.
Payment terms are 15 days and are subject to a 3% late fee following 15 days.
All credit card transactions will incur a 3% fee.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE SERVICES CONTRACT This Transportation and Storage Services Contract (the "Contract") is entered into between RideHVMC LLC, located at 25300 Rice Rd, Desert Center, California 92239, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and an individual or entity, hereinafter referred to as the "Client." 1. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: The Company agrees to provide the Client with transportation and storage services for their motorcycle(s) to and from Chuckwalla Valley Raceway, located at 25300 Rice Rd, Garage 8, Desert Center, CA 92239, during the period from October 1st to April 1st (the "Storage Period"). 2. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: The transportation services include the pick-up of the Client's motorcycle(s) from the designated location specified by the Client and its transportation to Chuckwalla Valley Raceway for storage before the Storage Period begins. The Company will also provide return transportation of the motorcycle(s) to the designated location after the Storage Period ends. The transportation cost for each direction is $1000.00. 3. STORAGE SERVICES: The storage services involve the safekeeping and storage of the Client's motorcycle(s) at the Company's garage located at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway during the Storage Period. 4. MONTHLY FEE: The Client agrees to pay the Company a monthly fee of $1200 for the duration of the 6 month Storage Period. Payment for the first month shall be made in full before the commencement of the Storage Period, and subsequent monthly fees shall be due on the first day of each month during the Storage Period. 5. LIABILITY RELEASE AND WAIVER: By signing this Contract, the Client acknowledges and agrees to participate in the activities organized by RideHVMC LLC, including transportation and storage services, as well as potential riding on the track at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway. The Client releases, discharges, and holds harmless RideHVMC LLC, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action arising out of or in connection with the participation in the activities provided under this Contract, including any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during transportation, storage, or any track-related activities. 6. INSURANCE: The Client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate insurance coverage for their motorcycle(s) during the Storage Period. RideHVMC LLC shall not be liable for any damages, theft, or loss to the motorcycle(s) while in storage. 7. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall be responsible for any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination. 8. GOVERNING LAW: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. 9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Transportation and Storage Services Contract as of the date first above written.
